If you are out and about in London this November then go and check out KLANG: A Tribute to Karlheinz Stockhausen at the Southbank Centre.
It’s a weeklong festival in honour of the German composer Stockhausen, including several UK premieres of some of his major works.

Stockhausen was one of the last true visionaries of 20th-century music, he is particularly known for his ground-breaking work in electronic music. His influence stretches from The Beatles to Kraftwerk. The Beatles famously included his face on their cover of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
